    The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure moved to amend the resolution on page two, in the third Whereas clause, line seventeen, by striking out “1652” and inserting in lieu thereof “30-65-19.63”;

    On page two, in the Resolved clause, line twenty-three, by striking out “1652” and inserting in lieu thereof “30-65-19.63”;

    And,

    By striking out the title and substituting in lieu thereof a new title to read as follows:

    Requesting the Division of Highways to name the bridge located at Lenore, Mingo County, West Virginia, Route 65 milepost 19.63, which was built in 1947, specifically bridge number 30-65-19.63, the “US Army Staff Sergeant Cornelius Nebo Lackey Memorial Bridge.”
